So that the loot master does not have to repeat these rules at the beginning of each and every raid for those who are new to The Guildless, or are raiding with us in 25 man raid content for the first time, the loot rules are as follows.

1. When rolling on an item, the person may only roll for the current spec he or she is playing during that raid. Off specs, or secondary spec rolls, will be made available if no one desires the item as a main spec.

2. Only one item per raid is allowed, unless rolling for T7.5 gear. After the first main spec roll has been made, and it is determined that no one desires the item, a roll will be allowed for offset specs. All classes may roll at any time on T7.5 items if those items drop for your class. This is your opportunity to receive these most sought after pieces without spending your valuable Valor emblems. So, make sure you roll for them. *Note We'd rather loot be used by guildies rather than sharded, if and when possible.

3. Any items that drop which are for a class that is currently not in the raid, and no one desires these items, these items will be sharded and placed into the guild bank for use by those in The Guildless (Exceptions may be made for third parties raiding with The Guildless). Once these exceptions are determined, a roll for shards will take place.

For example: If a totem were to drop from a boss, and no Shaman is in the raid, it is determined that no one else in the raid can use a totem, and thus will be sharded.

4. Once the raid leader posts the item in raid warning, rolls should then take place. A 5 second countdown will then be initiated. At the end of the countdown, the raider with the highest roll wins the item as long as he or she meets all of the previous requirements stated above. The loot master will ultimately make the final decision.

5. Pugs, or friends of the guild who help us during these raids, are entitled to rolling on the raid items under these same rules. They are helping all of us beat the 25 man content, and deserve the same respect we give each other.

6. If a person desires to give up his or her winning roll on an item, it is then the discretion of the person with the winning roll to pass on the item to the person with the second highest roll.

7. The raid leader has final say as to any disputes or rules concerning loot.

No system is perfect. As a guild, we ask that each person be mindful of each other. If a person has already won an item during the raid and also a T7.5 piece, passing on the next T.75 item that drops may just be the right thing to do. Only you can decide how you will be perceived by your fellow guild members.

These rules ensure that a wide spectrum of classes and specs maximize and receive loot each raid. It helps everyone get a little something, and strengthens the bond of the overall guild. We may be pirates, but we are not loot whores. We are there to work as a team, to learn the fights, and reaching goals together.
